Service

We provide a first class 24 hour 365 days a year call out service. Our aim is to rectify any fault or number of faults in one visit to reduce subsequent costs to our customers caused by return visits. We therefore ensure that our engineers carry a larger number of fire alarm spares than most other service providers enabling us to rectify over 98% of all faults to site first time.

Our engineers have a minimum of 15 years experience in the fire alarm industry, working in a wide range of properties including large Health Trust, University, specialist semiconductor manufacturing and retail buildings.

As standard, we provide our customers with direct telephone access to an engineer for emergency call outs and technical advice to on site maintenance staff. This often means that some minor faults can be rectified or advised on without the need for an engineer to attend site. Many of our customers have found this service to be particularly useful outside of normal working hours.

References from any of our customers can be provided to anyone who may want to consider using our services in the future, but would like some assurances that they would receive the high level of care they would want.
